Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how WATTER Technology Solutions (“WATTER”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use the Oasis AI Portal (the “Service”). It is written to satisfy the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. This page is provided as boilerplate for engineering review; final wording will be approved by counsel before public release.

• Account data: name, email, password hash, organization membership.
• Usage data: prompts, responses, model selections, request/response token counts, error logs.
• Technical data: IP address (transient), user agent, approximate geolocation derived from IP for jurisdiction-aware consent display.
• Consent record: the privacy choices you make and the version of this policy you agreed to.

• To provide the Service (lawful basis: contract performance).
• To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits and quotas (lawful basis: legitimate interest).
• To improve the Service (lawful basis: consent — only if you opt in to analytics).
• To send transactional notices (account, billing, security). These are necessary for the Service and are not gated by consent.

We rely on the following providers to deliver the Service. Each is contractually bound to process data on our behalf only.

• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — LLM model providers (when selected by the user).
• AWS — hosting and storage.

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Usage logs older than 90 days with payload size over 256 KB are automatically truncated to placeholders. You may request full deletion at any time.

Depending on your jurisdiction you have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@watter.ai.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. If we share personal information with advertising partners in the future (we do not today), California residents may opt out by emailing privacy@watter.ai or by setting analytics and marketing cookies to off in your cookie preferences.
